Current students who wish to move to a new campus housing location should email gradhousing@9u15.com to request an inter-campus move. Studio apartments are currently unavailable for new housing requests.

Graduate Housing Costs for 2024–25

All rent amounts include utilities and heat.

  • Studio apartment: $855–1,130 per month (currently unavailable)
  • One-bedroom apartment: $945–1,545 per month
  • Two-bedroom apartment: $1,220–1,545 per month (Two students can split a two-bedroom unit with one person per bedroom.)
  • Three-bedroom apartment: $1,275–1,955 per month
  • House-share: $1,955 per month (four-person occupancy)

Housing Profiles

On campus

South of Foster Ave., on North Park’s campus, housing options include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Campus is adjacent to Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center, a Chicago public high school. Hibbard Elementary School and Albany Park Multicultural Academy are just blocks away.

North of campus

One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are available in the North Park neighborhood north of Foster Ave., approximately three blocks north of campus. This neighborhood includes Peterson Elementary and North Side College Preparatory School. Several preschool options exist, including one at North Park Covenant Church. The neighborhood consists of apartments and single-family homes on tree-lined, one-way streets.
